Wishing them advanced happy Children’s Day and assuring them of resolution to the problems, SDM also motivated them to study hard and wished them a bright future ahead. Visit to SDM was followed by Awareness Campaign against Child Marriage and Child Labour in all 15 villages on the 15th of November. Campaign vehicle was flagged off by the SDM, Village Development Officer, Mr. Vikram Rathore, and Chief Block Education Officer, Mr. Sultan Ram Paliwal, and the team raised awareness among the village community by proclaiming child marriage and child labour as illegal and that they violate child rights. Children then rallied from school towards the village displaying banners and singing slogans against child marriage and child labour. The week has left the community sensitized about Child Rights and inspired them, especially children, to stand for their rights.
