Prayatn Sanstha has, once again, been honoured with NGO Leadership Award by World CSR Day, a globally renowned platform that promotes corporate social responsibility and sustainability across over 80 countries, during Rajasthan Leadership Award ceremony 2025. The award ceremony took place on June 5, 2025, at Hotel Hilton, Jaipur, during a grand gathering of change makers and visionaries committed to sustainable development and social responsibility. The event was organized in association with Future Tech Congress and Awards, Human Capital Awards, Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning and Management (Kolkata), and the Indira Group of Institutes (Pune), and was endorsed by the World Federation of CSR Professionals, Business Leaders of the Year, Thought Leaders International, and World Sustainability.
The Rajasthan Leadership Awards celebrate individuals and organizations who are making a MAD (Making A Difference) approach in their field – driven by passion, purpose, and commitment to meaningful social change. Receiving this award in the NGO Leadership category is not just a recognition of our work, but a reaffirmation of the values and vision that guide our efforts toward holistic and sustainable community development.
Mr. Yogesh Jain, Programme Director and Mr. Midhun Kurien, Senior Documentation Officer of Prayatn Sanstha, received the award on behalf of the organization. On the occasion, Mr. Jain acknowledged the collective efforts of the entire Prayatn team and highlighted the remarkable leadership of Mr. Malay Kumar, describing him as a dynamic and visionary leader who has steered the organization with clarity, compassion, and conviction. His guidance has been instrumental in driving Prayatn’s mission forward and achieving lasting impact across communities.
This marks the third time that Prayatn Sanstha has been recognized by World CSR Day. We first received the NGO Leadership Award in 2019, followed by an award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Consciousness in 2024, and now once again the NGO Leadership Award in 2025. In addition to these recognitions, Prayatn has also been honoured with several other prestigious awards for its impactful work. These include the CSR Impact Award 2021 from CSRBOX and Dalmia Bharat Foundation (2021), the HDFC Bank Parivartan Excellence Award 2023, and most recently, the Odisha CSR & Sustainability Excellence Award 2024. Various government institutions have also acknowledged our efforts through formal appreciations and commendations over the years. These awards stand as a testament to the tireless efforts of our dedicated team, the resilience of the communities we serve, and the steadfast support of our donors and partners who make our journey possible. We humbly dedicate this award to the people and communities who continue to inspire us every day.
