This initiative was part of Holistic Rural Development Project with the financial support of HDFC Bank Privartan, aimed at extending support to owners of livestock by providing necessary treatments and raising awareness about animal health.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Achievements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal Care and Treatment: Our team, led by Doctor and six Livestock Inspectors, addressed various livestock issues such as tick infestations, infertility, lameness, conjunctivitis, bloat, diarrhea and other diseases. We treated a total of 484 animals, including 361 goats, 65 cows, 32 buffaloes, 20 sheep, and 6 pigs. Farmers received free veterinary medicines and learned about proper animal health management.<\/li>\n<li>Educational Outreach: We focused on spreading awareness about animal diseases, their zoonotic potential, and preventive measures. Farmers were educated on health, nutrition, breeding, feeding management, and insurance aspects. Information about state and central government animal husbandry schemes was also shared.<\/li>\n<li>Community Impact: Over 229 farmers participated in the camp, gaining valuable knowledge and resources for their livestock. The camp provided a platform for farmers to discuss their challenges and seek expert advice. Our efforts have led to increased awareness and improved practices in livestock care, ultimately enhancing farmers&#8217; livelihoods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>This camp is a testament to our commitment for holistic rural development and our dedication to supporting the farming community. We look forward to continuing our efforts in making a positive impact on rural livelihoods.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
