Prayatn Sanstha has been involved in the process of reformation and strengthening of the PLCPCs (Panchayat Level Child Protection Committee) and BLCPCs (Block Level Child Protection Committee) in collaboration with the government authorities in all the 07 blocks of Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, since 15th February 2022 and continued till 04th May 2022, under the project Moving Ahead, supported by Karl K\u00fcbel Stiftung, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of the programme was to sensitize trainees about the child related legislation like JJ Act, 2015, POCSO (Amendment) Act,2019 and to elucidate their understanding on fulfilling their roles with utmost commitment for the betterment of the children and to be active and vigilant committees for the protection of children in their respective villages. The orientations were held at Panchayat Samiti in Khandar, Gangapur, Chauth Ka Barwara, Malarna Doongar, Bonli, Bamanwas and Sawai Madhopur, covering all the 227 Gram Panchayaths of Sawai Madhopur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Yadav Prasad Manohar, Mr Saddam Hussain and Mrs Vidha Yadav, who are Master Trainers, acted as the esteemed resource person for the orientation. Pradhans and BDOs of the respective panchayaths have chaired the orientations, stressing the need for all stakeholders of the district to work together to contribute for the effective implementation of child protection goals. Mr Santosh Kumar Gautam, APO- Convergence of Prayatn Sanstha, emphasised the need of investment in social protection of children. A total of 171 BLCPC members including 118 males and 53 females have been oriented in this process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
